We welcome feedback from visitors and exhibitors. If you have a suggestion to improve the fair or simply want to write and let us know how much you enjoyed the occasion then either use the email link above or write to us at the address shown. We give the opportunity to all visitors to complete a survey form at the fair. All completed survey forms are entered into a prize draw for a £50 voucher to spend at the next Cambridge Glass Fair. Please help us to collect visitor information which in turn helps us to make the fair a better experience for all.
The Cambridge Glass Fair seeks to offer a pleasant and safe environment to buy antique and modern glass. We wish to ensure that all our exhibitors maintain the highest standards of integrity.
If you feel that an exhibitor has not met the high standards of the fair please let us know at the email address above, or write to us.
Please note that we cannot become involved in exhibitors' trading practices, such as return of items, but we can help if you feel there has been deliberate misattribution, or non-disclosure of heavy restoration of items.
